2006-2007 EB Trip Away

EB Trip Away...

We had our EB Trip away just before the term ended as EB of @ Waikato. It was an awesome way to end the year.

We started the day visiting the Information center in Matamata, then went to the best cafe in New Zealand for lunch. We saw many odd things in the cafe.. such as random cameras hanging on the wall, random photos, and even a coffin.. :-)

Then we went tramping at Wairere Falls. The scenery was beautiful and the was walk was so fun. We are thinking of making this into an annual event - EB of 2006-2007 annual trip.

Then we went a nice long and relaxing spa at Simone's p
arent's house. After the very relaxing spa, we had some traditional dutch food. It was different but nice as well.. and this was topped off with a fruit fondue.

We left for Tauranga after a very nice dinner a
nd checked out the night life in Tauranga. It was very windy but we survived the night and went to a small cafe for some food afterwards.

LC Linking visit

Simone Anzboeck our LC Coach came up or the weekend to visit her favourite LC in the country!
Our members had the chance to meet Simone individually to talk about their role in AIESEC. We had fun LC dinners, went to the movies, sang karaoke, and went to the Balloons over Waikato festival to watch the night glow balloons and fireworks.
Thanks Simone! We hope you enjoyed it!
